Welcome to 2010

Welcome to the new year at Devon. I look forward to working with the students in Room 4 and meeting their parents/caregivers. The first opportunity for this will be the Meet The Teacher evening on Thursday February 11 at 7pm.

In Room 4 we have an exciting year planned. Apart from all the regular school programmes we will construct model buildings, build water powered rockets, make movies, carve pumic, invent machines and much more.

All our programmes will have some aspect of Science and Technology involved. Students should leave at the end of the year with a greater understanding of ICT and Science concepts.

Always Look On The Bright Side Of Life.

One of our themes this year is to always look on the bright side of life. No matter what is happening or how you are feeling, at Devon there is always something bright to look for. So the students in Room 4 are going to get involved with all the positive activities at Devon. Room 4 will be a fun, happy place to learn and grow.
